That is not her business, and I should not have to justify what I do in my own house. The situation became even more uncomfortable when I had family members present and felt pressured to explain myself. On top of that, she made inappropriate threats, saying I could be arrested, which escalated the situation unnecessarily. When I expressed dissatisfaction and considered hiring another cleaning crew to finish the job correctly, she became defensive rather than taking responsibility.
