Despite this, these individuals are employed for short-term labor and later dismissed under the pretext that their immigration status is irregular. While the company publicly claims to operate in a fair and professional manner, the reality behind the scenes reveals a pattern of humiliation, discrimination, and grossly disrespectful treatment toward workers. Such actions not only contradict the company’s stated values but may also constitute violations of labor and anti-discrimination laws. These practices raise significant ethical and legal concerns, particularly in relation to the fair treatment and protection of vulnerable workers. Within minutes of walking barefoot, our feet turned black ? that?s how dirty the floors still were. Every cabinet and drawer was dusty, sticky, and clearly untouched. Instead of moving in, I?ve had to spend hours cleaning what I already paid them to do. To make things even worse, they showed up an hour late and then asked us to go out and buy paper towels for them. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had sent them every bit of information ? videos, photos, and property details ? ahead of time, so there?s absolutely no excuse. This service was an enormous waste of time, energy, and money. They?re expensive, unreliable, and don?t take pride in their work.
