"Ken is highly skilled at what he does and has a pleasant demeanor. I would have given him five stars if he had accomplished the full scope of the work. He finished two thirds of the project on one side of our laundry room but not the shoe rack part on the other side of the laundry room. At that stage, he owed me money which he refunded after some argument. Will I recommend Ken? Yes, but make sure that you both agree on timing of completion and also prompt refund of deposit if the job scope of project is reduced for any reason or disputed."
