"I called them and had them come out and give me an estimate to put in a check switch so I was able to run my generator into the cabin during power outages .I needed to run most appliances, satellite system, and Wi-Fi as I run my phone off Wi-Fi and depend on it as I don't get a cell signal. I had a few other estimates but Armato Electric by far not only had better ideas to accomplish what I wanted and what needed to be done but also very competitive in their pricing and their work is outstanding . I have used it a few times during the frequent power outages we get in North Blue Ridge and am so pleased with their work,I am having other work done by them as far a ceiling fan outside and some security lighting and an additional outlet put on my Deck... They are very courteous and professional and prompt in returning calls..They show up when they say they are and I have nothing but good things to say about them.... "Power Solutions Unlimited, Inc. earned my business this past summer. My generator failed in May 2014, and the company I purchased it from (NOT Power Solutions Unlimited, Inc.) failed to show up for a scheduled appointment three different times. I finally decided to take the bull by the horns and find another vendor. I obtained a list of companies in my area that service Generac generators and started calling. I got voice mail for the first two companies I called (never a good sign), and then to my relief, when I called Power Solutions Unlimited, Inc. I got a live person. I explained my problem, and the very nice lady who took my call, Lynn, set up an appointment to have my unit serviced. She assured me that her tech would show up, and he did! The tech, BJ, was friendly, knowledgeable, and after troubleshooting my unit, explained exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair it. I was so impressed with the service I received from PSU that I decided to purchase a maintenace agreement from them for my unit. My recent service call was for the semi-annual inspection, performed by another nice tech named Tony. This coming summer someone from PSU will perform the PM on my unit, and I can rest assured that the tech will show up as promised!"
