The price was agreed upon during the first visit when they came to see exactly what needed to be done. (This first visit was without charge because of being an Angie's List member.) AFTER the electrical work was done, they not only took the time to teach me how to safely hook up the generator and manipulate the circuit box, but we did a full run through to make sure I knew how to do everything COMFORTABLY and to make sure we knew for a fact what I can and can't run when the next hurricane arrives. (They even took the generator from the box and assembled the last few items for me.) The best part was that I did not have to ask. THEY wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable so if/when the next hurricane arrives, getting power back to my house will be done quickly and with ease. I will definitely hire them again for any electrical need. They go well above and beyond for their customers."

"I needed a chandelier switched out, and I wanted it moved to be centered in the room. The electrician was not willing to do this and gave me a lot of excuses. He also tried to upsell me the entire time. Very expensive for Ookay work. I had to hire someone else to come in and re-locate the chandelier to the center of the room. Excellent customer service over the phone, and the technician was very very nice. This is probably more an issue with the company and the requirements for the electricians to upsell additional services like checking my generator. I will not call them again ."
