He also <br /> coordinated the installation with a painting company that was scheduled <br /> to paint the townhouse's exterior in August, saving us the extra <br /> logistics of doing that communication and coordination between the two <br /> contractors. <br /> The resulting installation was done in the time frame we were told to <br /> expect with a slight delay in the installation of the tree and shrubs <br /> because of my timing in making the choices for those items.
