"I live in a semi-detached home and my neighbor's contractor knocked on my door and informed me that he had found active termites in the wall that we shared. He also reported that the wood rot on my window and in other areas were allegedly due to active termites. I informed him that I had previously had those areas inspected (by Mt. My husband and I felt such relief and peace of mind especially after the pressure our neighbor's contractor tried to put on us. Rob could have easily lied to us especially after we had been falsely informed that we had termites.
