"I have been using Flor's Cleaning Services for nearly 15 years. During that time, my wife and I moved from a smaller condo to a larger home and had a couple of kids. During all that time, we have never had a problem with Flor's. Not once. The cleaners show up on time, they do a great job, end of story. Once in a while over the years, we have had to hire another cleaning service due to unexpected scheduling issues on our part. These cleaners have been fine, but never as good as what we get from Flor's. I think one reason Flor's is so great is that the proprietors focus on hiring quality people and they retain them. We added extra time since they were doing a great job and that allowed them to tackle some areas we had forgotten to include in our original plan. They brought their own supplies and equipment and were very efficient the entire time. When there were any specific instructions, the ladies were easily able to accommodate cleaning the floors and stairs with extra care since our dogs get the areas dirty.
