"Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. I had 2 other roofers out since to look at the problem and both said the flashing was installed improperly and they have to pull off boards etc and this will co"

"First, I should mention that I’m the type of person who will always check reviews before I make a purchase but rarely do I take the time to actually write one. However, our experience with Scott at Hibco Roof is the exception. After 8 years of home improvement projects, our experience with Hibco Roof was by far the most seamless we’ve ever had! I truly cannot say enough great things about this company. Scott was phenomenal! He educated us on all the materials he would be using, why the little details matter and truly made us feel at ease about such a big purchase. He came by to check on the crew as they were working and he even sent us pictures of the progress (I was super nervous about my color choice before hand). The crew was kind, efficient and also did a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. We are used to spending at least a day cleaning up after folks, but with Hibco Roof every last piece of trash was taken away, and every nail was picked out of the mulch and grass before they left. We’ve received so many compliments from neighbors since we had the roof done. It’s one of those things where the previous roof was ‘fine’, but this roof truly completes our home and looks as if we did all of the exterior upgrades at the same time (instead of over the course of 8+ years). The roof is the PERFECT color match to our stucco, shutters and trim. While ‘beautiful’ isn’t a word that is traditionally used to describe a roof, this one truly is. Thank you Scott!!
