"The salesman was knowledgeable and it didn’t take long for the crew to come out to do the work. The roofing job itself is fine. The price was hefty but I don’t mind paying extra for quality work. The problem is that I was told someone would come do a walk around with me after the job was done and that the crew would clean up when they were done. Once the job was finished, the crew packed up and left and that was it. We did the inspection ourselves (because no one came back out to follow up like we were promised) and there were nails everywhere including in the ALLEY behind our garage (they shingled the garage). So disappointed in the lack of follow through. Not worth the price paid by a long shot."

"Great. I’m so happy that I have found Prefered Roof Systems company to put a new metal roof at my warehouse. The owner, Doug, Is very honest and friendly. He has 30 years experience in roofing. He explained the process and cost and warranty, and the price was very reasonable. I signed the contract and put down the deposit right away. And two weeks later his crew came and did a great job. They clean up very nice after the job too. I was worried about the leaks before snow comes, but now I feel so good that it is all done. I received other quotes from other companies, And they said that I had to replace the skylight window that would have cost me much more and it was not necessary. I was able to schedule the work after my funds were released from a CD at the bank - it was within a short time after making my downpayment on the work. All details were completed before my final check was written. The head guy on the team was kind, skilled, and had a good sense of humor. Stressors for me - small glitches or adding to the project - were handled. I speak Spanish however was not confident of the communication when the leader was not on site. The house and garage were finished in 2 days. A few odds and ends were completed within the next few days and I couldn't be happier. The roof is in place, my home is snug and beautiful."

"Excellent! I called them and they responded within 10min. They inspected my drain outside of the egress window in a day. A day later they cut the concrete, put a sump pump in the basement. They were right on time. We had several contractors come before and they said “we cannot doing anything”, “shop vac the drain”. They are quiet. And they replaced the dry wall and it cosmetically beautiful. I recommend highly."
