"I found Mike with New Look Cabinet online and I decided to go with him because he gave me straight forward answers, an honest price and an overall good feeling when I met him unlike many of the other companies I had called or met with. I don't think I could've been any happier with my decision and the over all job he did. Mike was great to work with. Once my job was scheduled to start, he showed up on time, worked in a clean, respectful manner and completed the job quickly while still taking his time paying attention to detail. Mike was awesome and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Thanks Mike!"

"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Jason said he has a 100% satisfaction guarantee but now will not stand behind his work. They installed a tile floor that has uneven tiles over the entire floor where you can see the waves in the floor and even stub your toes on many of the tiles. They grouted and then didn't come back to wipe down the grout and tiles the next day like the instructions dictate. The trim work they did has large gaps everywhere and nails sticking out because they didn't use enough pressure in the nail gun. They also didn't install the metal trim piece between the carpet and tiles so now there is a gap where you can see the uneven cuts on the end of the tiles. This was scheduled for a 4 day installation and it has been over 4 MONTHS of my basement being tore apart and unusable. Now Jason refuses to stand behind his work and says they fulfilled the contract because the contract says they needed to install the tile and they did."
