Talking with Andrew on the phone explaining the issue & saying we would just install the 2 panels we had. He had the team back the next day at 8:30 to start & they finished everything in 3 hrs. Cleaned up the area, raked the dirt flat at the fence, answered all my questions, & were just nice people. Andrew has a quality minded staff which led our daughter to recommend him to us as he did a remarkable repainting of her home that made it look like new construction. I would rehire him in the future."

"We unfortunately didn’t have a good experience with Wow. We selected a matte sheen for our interior and they used velvet, didn’t repair nail pops, & used a long nap roller, leaving an orange peel texture on our previously smooth walls. We had some areas needing sanding which were not properly done. To be fair, when we raised concerns, they returned promptly & did a nice job fixing the exterior. They applied 1 coat of matte to the interior, again using long rather than short nap roller we requested. 1 coat didn’t fully cover the shine and orange peel remained. My husband preferred to attempt a fix ourselves rather than having them return again, so we told them it was better. We told them we applied a 2nd matte coat with a short nap roller to further reduce shine and smooth the walls. They did not acknowledge this or offer any rectification. We paid $2400 for our interior, applied 2nd coat ourselves, and are stuck either living with orange peel or paying another company to fix it."
