Permits were pulled in advance, and city inspectors signed off at every stage. The process took a few weeks, and the space is now ready for the kitchen installation. Then there was the new design and installation of an irrigation system to support the new landscaping and sod installation in another part of the backyard. In the front we widened the driveway which involved root hacking, digging, laying re-bar and pouring and finishing down the new concrete. Yosef and his crew were responsive,capable and courteous. The team was helpful within a couple days of the job completion after we realized that the sprinkler system was not working properly. My fear that the plants would die within weeks was unfounded -- only 2 plants died in the middle of the summer heat!"
