"Great experience - prompt, polite, and really high quality workmanship. Fence looks great!"

"Arbor City installed both a wood privacy fence and a steel ornamental fence for us, and we are very happy with the quality of the finished product, how Clay and his team member left the job site, and how efficient they were when they were on-site. The price was competitive. The only two things that would make this less than perfect, and why these are not deal-breakers: 1) The project dragged on a bit. Keep in mind that this was during the height of the COVID stay-at-home period, and I think Clay said that his other foreman had to leave work unexpectedly, so Clay was having to act as foreman on all of their jobs. Given this, I found things worked best when I was sure to follow up with Clay regularly by e-mail. In short, there was a delay, but it was at least partially excusable and specific to the crazy time this was. 2) Clay could have been a little more familiar with the various options for steel fencing (we ended up using the Ameristar Montage line). It helped to look through the options in the manufacturer's catalog directly, but Clay had to do some extra work to figure out which lines and options were stocked, appropriate for the application, and readily available, vs which would incur delays or special order charges. That said , Clay definitely took the time to work things through to get to a great finished product, and gave a small discount and absorbed a little extra cost that arose, in view of the delay - he made things right. Bottom line, I would definitely use Clay's company again for future fence work."

"Everything went great. Great communications, showed up on the dates given, removed all of the old fencing, installed a new cedar picket fence and cleaned up when done. Highly recommended and would definitely use again."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Tomas & Sons Fencing for a fencing project, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, Tomas and his team displayed an exceptional level of consideration and professionalism that truly set them apart. One of the standout qualities of Tomas & Sons Fencing was their promptness. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, they consistently showed up on time and kept to the agreed-upon schedule. This level of reliability made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What impressed me the most was how they handled unexpected challenges. During the installation, they encountered underground wire issues that could have easily caused delays. However, Tomas and his team quickly devised a solution, addressing the problem efficiently and effectively. Their problem-solving skills and expertise ensured that the project continued without a hitch. Tomas & Sons Fencing also went above and beyond in ensuring the boundaries were straightened to perfection. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality outcome were evident in the final result. The fence not only serves its functional purpose but also enhances the overall aesthetics of my property. Throughout the project, Tomas and his team maintained a high level of professionalism. They were courteous, respectful, and communicated clearly every step of the way. It's evident that they take pride in their work and prioritize customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Tomas & Sons Fencing to anyone in need of fencing services. Their consideration, promptness, ability to overcome challenges, and dedication to delivering top-notch results make them a standout choice in the industry. I am incredibly pleased with my new fence and the experience of working with this exceptional team."

"Have worked with Gabriel and his team now on multiple occasions to complete massive back and front yard projects at our home. We're super pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them without reservation! Always very professional and responsive, and the quality of the work delivered was at a high bar. In the backyard, they completely transformed our landscaping with a full wrap-around fence install, plus new irrigation and sprinkler systems, and full sodding. We had concrete poured next to the house to have a pad for a hot tub, as well as a separate seating area for a fire pit. Both of these were concrete stamped and colored which looks really classy as compared to just "plain" concrete. In the front, they completely demolished out a cactus garden and old shrubs and bushes, building a full wooden pergola and trellises for grape growing, as well as putting in some new trees and planters...it looks infinitely better and nicer now! Have greatly appreciated working with Gabe and his team, and will certainly consider them again going forward."

"They were able to come fix my fence a day early and got it done in one afternoon."

"The fence came out great. However, the crew accidentally broke a sprinkler valve and they promised to refund us the cost of the fix. The invoice amd pictures were mailed to the project manager but he never acknowledged or refuneded the money. We also had an issue with a utility marking employee leaving the yard gate open and a horrible ordeal with our dog. James felt bad and offered a meal gift card. I initially refused. After several offers, I accept on behalf of my children. The gift card ws never received. I know that was not their issue, but the offers of gift cards and refunds and then not providing are more hurtful than the initial mistakes, very disappointed."

"They left mud on driveway from their shoes and didn't secure the garden gate, but took shoes off before coming in to drain by the shut off and were there right on time. Will probably use them again."

"My wife and I have had a few projects done by Dillan and we were very impressed with the quality craftsmanship. It is so refreshing to hire someone who possesses such high standards of professionalism and curtesy. I highly recommend Larry's Legacy Landworks. They consistently do the work that was agreed upon within the agreed timeline."
