It helps if you speak some Spanish but it is not necessary. They do a standard amount of cleaning each time for a reasonable price, and will add additional, deeper cleaning projects periodically at my request. Recently, I had them wash all my windows, inside and out including the tracks and screens. Excellent results!"

I recently had a post-construction cleanup project at my house, and let’s just say the place looked like a drywall factory exploded inside it. Dust everywhere, debris in places I didn’t even know existed… it was a disaster. Nikita showed up with a great attitude, jumped right in, and somehow turned the chaos back into a livable home. The attention to detail was impressive—she didn’t just do a quick surface clean, she tackled everything like a pro. The cost for two rooms was a bit on the high end, in my opinion, and why I took off half a star, but still worth it nonetheless. Update: I had an area rug that needed to be professionally cleaned. Marty picked up, cleaned and dropped off the rug--no charge. I was impressed with this customer service move and have changed my review to 5 full stars. I will be contacting TCP again for 2 more rooms and a hallway that will need cleaning at the end of my big repair project."
