"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. "No salesman called on us. The owner of the company, J P Simon came and explained what was necessary to fix the problem. No dog and pony slide show on a laptop. Just an explanation we could understand. When the job was started his crew was professional, courteous, and friendly. His foreman, Dale, went out is his way to keep inconveniences for us to a minimum. J P was always available to answer questions or concerns we might have. When the job was finished it looked great (can be seen on his website). The second day after completion we had a heavy storm and there was not a drop of water anywhere in the basement. We would HIGHLY recommend Warm and Dry."
