The alarm is working fine and working correctly.  <br /> <br /> Any problem I had I called customer support and they walked me thru the steps. It was a great price for a home security system. Then for $37 a month, you spend that much on beer for a weekend. I have nothing to complain about so far. It appears to be top notch. The software updated as soon as I turned it on. It was pretty easy and I think anybody would be able to set it up. I activated it and the tech support was great. They were very polite and cordial on the phone.  <br /> <br /> Very professional. It's a fair price for a fair deal. As far as I am concerned it is a great product and the tech support was great. There isn't any place else you can get this good of a security system for this price.  <br /> <br />"

"The job went great from start to finish.  The electrician repaired a short I created by installing an over-the-range microwave.  The 2 person crew then replaced a small bath fan with a larger unit, and also replaced the vanity light.  They also corrected a builder's problem of having to turn off 2 breakers at the same time to shut off a single light circuit."

"The foot switch on our torchiere, which we've owned for approximately seven years, stopped working. This switch not only turned the light on and off it also dimmed the light. I took it over to Goss Electric with instructions to keep the cost of repairing it under $100 even if that meant replacing the foot dimmer switch with one that simple turned the light on and off. They got the lamp done and back to me in a timely manner with a new foot switch and at a great price. They also helped get the torchiere, which is very heavy, from my car to their showroom and back again, which I really appreciated. <br />"

I was paying $42.00 a week this year. The biggest cost comes with the leaf cleanup. I have 3 huge Silver Maple trees that shed a lot of leaves. I pay extra for the longer time it takes to remove all the leaves. I have found another source to do the same chores at $30.00 a week. <br /> <br /> I have uses this service for about 4 years.
