He was argumentative and stubborn when discussing the issue and only proceeded to correct the issue after my wife and I laid the first few courses of paves ourselves. The owner of the business, Trish, was accommodating and knocked a couple hundred dollars off the contract to compensate us. We are more or less happy with the final result, but getting there was a challenge."
