During the course of the renovation, Randy was a consummate professional. "Mike is a careful craftsman who take great pride in the quality of his work. He is dissatisfied with anything less than perfection. The tile floor project was particularly difficult because we had removed the prior terrazzo floor, which left a very uneven surface. The tile we selected did not have a beveled edge, so it had to be laid perfectly flat. In addition, we had an elevation change between the kitchen and entryway that Mike had to adjust for. He did a beautiful job. The largest project was the carport/garage conversion, and it was beautifully done. Again, we had a sloping surface where the "man" door was installed, and Mike adjusted the threshold perfectly. He is an expert with doors. We appreciate Mike's craftsmanship, creativity, and problem-solving skills. We obtain two other estimates for the carport/garage conversion component of this project, and Mike's was the best price, too. **I do not know why Angie's List placed my review under "Roofing." This provider did not do roofing for us, but I don't see where I can change that designation.** <br />"
