"I booked United Prime Van Lines for an interstate move and canceled well within the 7-day window listed in their own contract. A representative told me I?d receive a full refund, but instead I was met with manipulative tactics designed to delay, confuse, and ultimately coerce me into signing a release form just to get my money back. They are now refusing to return my deposit unless I remove reviews and sign legal paperwork?even though they never provided any service. This is unethical and potentially illegal under consumer protection and military relief laws. They also failed to provide a fully executed copy of the contract, yet are using a screenshot of my info to claim it?s binding. When I pointed out that their own cancellation clause supports my right to a refund, they pivoted and demanded silence in exchange for reimbursement. Their pride in being listed on Angie?s List does not reflect the unprofessional and borderline predatory experience I had."

"From the beginning with Sam Meredith the Coordinator to Ed the lead driver to our loading and unloading crews it was an EXCELLENT WELL EXECUTED EXPERIENCE! Sam was on his game through the whole process and made us feel comfortable enough to choose National over other competitors! His follow through was extremely professional and very much appreciated! Our move was from southern Indiana to Dallas Texas! Ed our driver was amazing and super professional. On time as planned loading and unloading and even saved us money by being able to maneuver his rig into our subdivision saving us a lot of money not having to pay for a shuttle truck! "Genuinely one of the slimiest individuals I've ever worked with. From the beginning, he was a referral from a family member of mine. The entire process was a headache. He broke my washer, 2 tv's and my entire desk. ONLY thing i asked them to replace was a desk. Its been 4 months and theres been nothing but dodged calls and texts, no accountability and no ethic. Luis Turcios is a scumbag of a owner, and just a bad person to business with unfortunately. I dont trust him, and i'd advise no one trust him with their belongings. So much for being a man of faith"

"I cannot say enough great things about All Service Moving—and ESPECIALLY Rico and Reyes, who were absolute lifesavers for my last-minute move. After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. If you’re planning a move, ask for Rico and Reyes by name. They went above and beyond, and I want their team to know what a fantastic job they did. They deserve every bit of recognition. 100% recommend."

"This was my worst experience with movers in a history of 16 moves in three different countries! In those many moves not a single item was lost or damaged. In this move, almost every piece of furniture was marred, gouged, chipped, or otherwise damaged; feet were missing; and glass was broken. Nearly half the boxes (all carefully labeled) were stacked upside down, even those with unmistakable and abundant "fragile" labels and "up" arrows. Our movers arrived 4 hours late. Too small a crew was assigned for the work involved, and a job approximated at 4.5 hours took 9 hours. They spent the first 5 hours wrapping furniture in plastic and tape—not in furniture blankets—and some was not wrapped at all. The truck was too small (so they crammed everything in) and it didn't have a lift gate to facilitate loading and unloading, prolonging the task. Before our belongings were transferred into our condo, the crew foreman demanded payment. We were never told we would have to pay on the day of the move. Not only did he refuse to give us an invoice, but he refused to unload our belongings until we paid in full. We had no choice. When we expressed our distress, the crew responded with hostility and increased haste—and a conspicuous lack of care unloading our possessions. We had to sign and initial perhaps half a dozen sheets of paperwork, but were refused any copies. The next business day we called the main number on the company's business card to find someone in charge. We were unable to connect with any administrative personnel, gaining the impression that this company is a loose collective of movers without an administrative core and leaving us at a loss about how to address fundamental business complaints. We were also refused copies of our paperwork. The spokesperson argued that providing the client anything in writing was not company policy. Our job was not assessed, scheduled, or executed professionally. A traumatic experience."

"First of all, my items moved from California to New Mexico were delivered in good condition. The only problem that I had is with Beefcake's customer service. I was scolded by Gabbie when she didn't receive my check on time that I had sent via UPS. I also provided her with a tracking number for the UPS letter. I had misunderstood that they needed the check within 2 days, but instead I thought that they needed the check to be sent out within 2 days and I was angrily scolded for not getting the check to them in time. I'm not sure if Gabbie still works at this moving company, but she should not speak down to any customer in this manner. I cannot recommend this moving company due to poor customer service."
