"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

My husband usually spends time (and $) at the beginning of the season making sure the water stays clean and clear. But patching up all the spots, and then painting the entire pool ensured the pool was so much easier to clean and keep clear on day 1. The day the project began, his team showed up on schedule bright and early and provided some suggestions to enhance layout of the pool deck. "I've been meaning to post this for about a year. Got a few coats for a 1100 square foot basement apartment floor. They came in around $8000, which was the middle quote, for a 2-tone copper floor. After the first application, I had a number of marks - which they attributed to "out-gassing" - essentially blaming the poor quality of the foundation. I checked with the manufacturer of the product and this claim was not actually unfounded. However, I still wasn't satisfied given the financial outlay and the final result. To their credit, they came and redid the floor within 96 hours. I can't imagine they made a dime on the job after materials and labor were paid twice. Regardless, they stood behind the product, the application, and my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them based on all of those factors. The floor is amazing. very unique copper. probably not a good investment in a rental property, but **** it's unique and they proved themselves to be a class act."
