"Tom brings a level of expertise to the job that any homeowner would be happy with, originally the contract was for shadow box fence and paver patio , upon tearing out the existing pad there was extensive damage found to the foundation where the water had been pooling. Tom was able to have a structural engineer out the same day to inspect and come up with a plan to fix the foundation.
