"Roger was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. He completed the window and door repair work in a timely and efficient manner; I highly recommend Nickel city repair and would hire him again."

Hello, I've noticed how difficult and frustrating it can be to hire someone to do a project, only to have them not follow it through to completion, or to just not show up at all, or to pass the blame of their mistakes to someone else. I started Wirth & Son Property Services because of all the incompetence and poor communication I've seen with service providers. I'll show up, do what I say I'm going to do, and keep communicating with you. Over the last several decades, I've completed a wide variety of home improvement projects, from footing to ridge, and everything in between. Whether you need something as small as a picture hung to something more complex, like a custom, site-built shed, I'll show up, competently complete the project, and communicate along the way. \n\nSome of the things I have experience in include: wasp removal, custom shed & chicken coops, curtain rod hanging, deck/porch repair, gutter cleaning, siding repair, drywall repair, assembly, fench repair, dryer vent cleaning

I am someone who is trying to start a business. I’ve been in and around the construction industry for 20+ years, mainly doing commercial residential construction. "Karsten was so awesome to work with! He communicated clearly, had competitive pricing & got the job done without issues. We are very happy with the finished product. He spray painted our entire basement ceiling white, and painted the drywall. He also did our nursery a navy blue which was difficult because it’s such a dark color, but he did three layers to ensure we couldn’t see any roller marks. I would definitely recommend him & will be using him for future projects!"

"It went very well. Max and Dakota were very professional. The work was great; and they were super efficient. Would hire again without a doubt"

"I learned of JD Construction & Remodeling LLC from Angie’s List, and my experience with them was a very positive one. The work performed entailed replacing deteriorating decorative wood above two windows and two overhead garage doors with vinyl maintenance free decorative material on my home. The resulting work was of good quality and looked identical to how the house appeared when it was built over 30 years ago. I found the work crew to be knowledgeable, conscientious, reliable, professional and easy to communicate with. I would certainly recommend their services."

"These guys did an amazing job on my drywall project. We needed old paneling covered in several rooms. We agreed that all of the sanding and touch-up (and of course painting) would be left up to us. It turned out all we had to do was paint because there was hardly anything to sand or touch up - the install and finishing was done that well!! I have never seen such professionally installed drywall in my life. I would absolutely recommend these guys if you want quality work done at a reasonable price."

"They did an excellent job. It just wasn't that long really. They weren't really wanting to do exactly what we needed to have done so we added another aspect to the project which allowed them to do everything that we needed them to do plus. Clean up was very good. There were 2 people."

"All the work was done with precision and care by this highly qualified professional. We are extremely pleased! Would highly recommend this company!"
