"They scheduled to come in March, they showed to the scheduled to do the installation that seemed to go okay. So, that was the week of March 21st on Saturday. And when they finished the job but nobody came to check anything when the entire order of the sliding casing for the locks were detached from the door and turns out that it was missing some bunch of screws when they came back on Monday. I had two different people to speak with over the weekend, but I never heard anything else. I even sent emails and photos to the company over the weekend but nobody responded and this whole thing. It was over a month a month now and it was still not resolved. It is very difficult to lock and unlocked the door which also makes my kids being annoyed with it. On weekend, someone answered the phone and told me that someone will come but nobody really came to resolved this."

"Ordered "custom" front door and side panel from Rosati in Nov 2021. Door was installed in June 2022. There is a gap at the top of the side panel. I'm not professional door installer but it seems to me there had to be either a bad measurement or questionable construction that would cause such a gap. I contacted Rosati On July 5 and they sent out their quality control person on August 5. I was told there was nothing they could do. It seems like there should have been steps that could have been taken to rectify the problem (other than caulking) if customer satisfaction is a company priority. We have used Rosati in the past for window replacements and were happy with the results. This time was different"

But after I had lined him up for the work and sent a deposit, he arrived the morning of the work and told me he is generally retired and doesn't do the work himself. He then told me that the person he had lined up to actually do the work had decided that he didn't want to work on the project. That put me in a real bind from a timing perspective."

"BEWARE. This is a scam. After a walkthrough of my home, I received a quote for $827.76, I was not given an option to pay after the service, and my CC was charged $886.92 by SERVICE CONVENIENCE INC. to replace four window panels. The technician arrived and after an inspection of the windows, told me that he would only be able to repair three of the four windows because he did not have the correct equipment. I told him I would be in my office while he worked on the windows and to let me know when he was finished. An hour or two later, the technician was nowhere to be found. There were messes around two of the four windows that he replaced, he did not even attempt to replace the third and he had broken two additional windows (the panels outside of the interior panel that he replaced). This was over a month ago and it has been a nonstop headache ever since. I have more broken windows than when I started, a mess to clean up, non stop back and forth with this fraudulent company who hasn't even refunded so much as a dollar and I am out nearly $900. Their offer, after all of this, was to refund me $134.44 - a number that doesn't even make a bit of sense - but it is "going to take awhile because they have a new computer system" I am out almost $900 and in an unsafe situation with my street level broken windows. I have sent several messages and I am clearly out out of luck, but you don't have to be. Do not hire this company."
