Room remodeling in which a suspended tile ceiling with insulation was replaced with a solid sheet rock ceiling and new insulation. An existing sun deck was completely replaced and well enforced. The workmanship and materials used were first class. The appearance of the new deck is very pleasing. Remodeling in house stairs, including installing a new light. Installing an addition to a concrete walkway in the front yard. All the work was done with exceptional quality. The crew was always on time and all jobs were done timely. Clean up was done daily. "Silvio was prompt he came out within a half an hour of me contacting him. He did the work in less than two half days. He patched up some drywall to be ready for paint. While I was happy with his dry wall work, I was disappointed that I had to do a lot of sanding work to get the walls even and complete. Actually when he was finishing the work he was about to leave a section of drywall unfinished and I had to ask him to complete it. He did an immediate patch job, and left. I though he was going to come back to sand it, but I was mistaken. I especially wanted it sanded since I will have a vanity that will show the areas of the drywall that was unfinished, Silvio was extremely nice, and approachable, His drywall work installation was great, but the finishing was not. I actually hired him because I wanted to someone to give me a great finishing job, and I don't really believe I got that. Maybe I wasn't clear on my expectation, or maybe he wasn't clear on his limitations, either way I am not 100% satisfied."
