"We hired John Elliott General Contractor to do a wide range of work. Room remodeling in which a suspended tile ceiling with insulation was replaced with a solid sheet rock ceiling and new insulation. An existing sun deck was completely replaced and well enforced. The workmanship and materials used were first class. The appearance of the new deck is very pleasing. Remodeling in house stairs, including installing a new light. Installing an addition to a concrete walkway in the front yard. All the work was done with exceptional quality. The crew was always on time and all jobs were done timely. Clean up was done daily. They have demonstrated the flexibility to adjust to any existing conditions on site. I would highly recommend John Elliott general contractor for any in house or around the house work. "Keystone Custom Decks has been wonderful to work with during all phases of our deck project. Ron came up with some ideas based on our list of wants for a new outdoor space. We worked on those ideas and visited the showroom several times to compare materials etc. The final design was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. All Keystone’s employees and subcontractors did a great job building the deck. The landscapers prepared the site and landscaped after the deck was complete. The concrete crew and stonemasons were excellent. The building crew, led by Reuben, was superb. Many of our friends are in construction and they all commented on the quality of work and materials. "We had a total of three estimates done. Two were within a very close range of each other. We decided to go with these people because they included the electrical work and cleaning after the job was done in their price.  Our initial contact with Mr. Kuehn and Wes was on the 5th of March. This is when we signed the contract. He said people would come on the 26th of March at 9 to do the work. True to his contract the people showed up on that date at 9 in the morning.  <br />    There were a total of 5 people who came to work and that is what they did. While some were hanging plastic to keep the dust down others were filling bucket full of stone to bring to the basement. This is an extremely dirty job since the basement floor has to be dug up and tubing put in with stones along our back wall. While one person did one job the others did another, all the while cleaning up as much as possible along the way. They carried stone and cement through my laundry room and kitchen for a total of close to 6 hours without making hardly any dust or dirt. They were extremely thorough and did an amazing job in a short amount of time.  This pass weekend we had heavy rain and snow showers and no water seeping out of the blocks and no water in the basement of any kind. This crew of people did a wonderful job and we were so relieved that everything went smoothly. I truly have never seen someone do such a messy job and not make hardly any dirt. These people truly know what they are doing. <br />   I only have one minor complaint. There was such a long time between when the initial contract was sign and the actual work was done that I thought a reminder call might have been in order just to make sure everyone was on the same page. This could have been done two or three days before the crew showed up.  Overall we are very pleased with the work. <br />"
