"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. I was having a dinner party this past weekend, and got more than one comment about how great the floors looked. "Our wonderful remodeling job was done by Best builders group & their awesome team. After shopping around for more than few months for a good home improvement company, we got to Best builders group. The project manager was easygoing, skilled, honest and perfectionist!! For sure there was no pressure of any kind which caused us to feel very comfortable with him. We decided to remodel our kitchen & the backyard. The work included the installation of artificial turf, plants/flowers while the kitchen was completely updated. They installed new cabinets (upper and lower), countertops, backsplash tiles, lights, paint and more... the new kitchen absolutely looks gorgeous and the house is like a new one. All of our friends and family always amazed when they come to visit. They took extra care of everything and the crew and staff was very nice and polite all the time. "My experience with them was good - Barbara was a very friendly customer service agent, and I was actually going to use another company before I talked to her. She swayed me to BNS.
The installation went well - they showed up on time, and my granite looks AMAZING! Truly. My kitchen was oddly-shaped, and they made everything look great even with the oddball measurements.
The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality is because once they left, I did notice some of my plumbing parts were broken, some sealer gunk was stuck in my carpet, and they took my old sink with parts attached that I had to re-purchase. When contacted the company, they were very responsive, and even wrote me a check for the parts I had to buy. I did appreciate that.
Overall, I thought they were a good company, and I would use them again."

"They were very prompt.  There was some confusion as to where to pick up the carpets, and they were basically very willing to figure it out.  They came out on time.  We were extremely busy.  We knew how much it would cost.  We told them that we had other commitments and that we had to go.  We paid them the money and just trusted them because we got them through Angie's List.  They did everything that they said they would, and did not cut any corners.  The job was done to our satisfaction.  They quoted the right price too.  They weren’t the cheapest; but they were not the most expensive either.  They were great."

When you hire me, you absolutely not only hire direct but it will be one of the best decisions hiring a contractor guaranteed. You won't have guys who drink nor smoke on your job and everyone on my crew is the best. "The service was impeccable. Most contractors are not true to their word and are late, but Mark was great. Mark was there when he said he would be there, and he was there ON TIME. He answered his phone every single time. I did not get to voicemail once. Any questions or concerns I had, he was always there on the job site to answer them and to make sure everything was going smoothly.
The floors turned out great!!! We are very impressed with the way they turned out and the overall professionalism Mark conveyed. Not to mention, we got the floors for a great price too!!

"Had some water damage from the recent rains.  The crew showed up on time and performed the work of opening the walls to inspect for further water-damage/dry rot and had the wood around the front window replaced which was rotted.  The work was done professionally, and looks quite nice, but the crew was very slow, taking three days to do two minor jobs, and the price was quite high for the work done."
