"George is simply the best - a real craftsman. He handled our installation and refinishing like he was installing them in his own home We purchased a home and George installed new hardwood into 2 rooms and weaved that into existing floors, added shoe molding, and made the entire first floor look seamless from room to room. All of the floors were sanded and water-popped then stained with jacobean (a dark brown) and finished with a waterbased poly. Every detail is perfect and we receive so many compliments on his work. We will hire George again when we refinish the second-floor hardwood as well. He is the ultimate professional and you will not be disappointed if you work with George."

He had his crew there the next day and they were professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our floor is beautiful! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional job!"

"Work went very well. Niko and Mike were professional and friendly. Always had a kind word and a pat for our dog. The floors were completed on time and look BRAND NEW. We would recommend Flaker Flooring to anyone for floor refinishing or other work."

"Will came today to repair our natural stone shower. He did an excellent job caulking the floor to wall seams and the corners. We called Will because we were seeing grout accumulating in the drain trough of the shower. We found there were cracks along the floor joints and in the corners and between a few tiles. His solution of using matching silicone caulk after removing the original sand grout to fix the wall and floor joints was a great strategy. He regrouted between the tiles that needed it after he removed the cracked grout. After this work he sealed the tiles and grout in the entire shower. He was very efficient completing the job in a morning and part of the afternoon. He demonstrated great professionalism and knowledge of how to resolve our issue. We highly recommend him for your tile work."

"Zach did a great job with both floors, everything looks like new. I love it and would recommend his work to anyone!!"

"It went very well and he took his time assuring me that the job would be well done."
