"The owner Andrei of Mid-Atlantic Roofing & Siding came out and I explained to him what happened and he said he needed to go up on the roof after I showed him in the house where it was leaking. Andrei asked me if I would go on the roof so he could show me what was wrong. Go to find out that the person that did our roof 6 years ago didn't do the flat roof correctly and didn't use the correct material. Andrei explained everything that he needed to do to fix the leak. I also asked Andrei to look at our chimney where we were told we needed the cement on the top of the chimney repaired and go to find out that it was cracked in 5 places along with flashing work they did that was not correctly installed. Andrei fixed the roof leak along with sealing the cement on the top of the chimney. I would recommend Mid-Atlantic Roofing & Siding to any one that needs there roof repaired or replaced."

He said our roof didn't need to be done this year--that it still had a couple years life left. However, our gazebo roof, which was in bad shape needed replacing. They scheduled the job quickly. The crew came and did an excellent job! The gazebo roof looks great and surrounding area was left as clean as it was found. "They work quickly and do great work. They removed 2 layers of roof and decking on an upper and lower roof. They installed new decking for 95 percent of the roof and cleaned up all in one day. They were professional and very pleasant to work with. I love that there are warranties for both the parts and the service. I can rest knowing that we should not have any issues with our roof - and if we do, we can call Home Genius. They may cost more than what others will quote, but it is worth it. We bought a house where it is obvious they went with the lowest bidder - that is why the decking required full replacement, and within a year, the rafters would have required replacement as well. The only saving grace was the original decking was extremely thick. The only things that were not so great were 1. Lack of clarity on the fact that there would not be shingles on the lower roof because it is virtually flat; and 2. The discounts were for paying cash and a flexible start date. But we contacted them, and they immediately responded."
