"This surveyor was one of the few surveyors that actually got back to me to handle my survey. The price was fair and the actual survey of my property went smooth. "

"Stephen was fantastic! I requested estimates from three different surveyors, and Stephen from Bear Gully Survey was by far the least expensive by a huge amount and the quickest to reply to me. He was able to give me a quote over the phone and when I called him back to accept the quote, he scheduled the work at that time and was in constant contact with me throughout the job. He looked up some necessary info over the weekend, started the work on Monday and finished on Wednesday. Again, throughout this entire time he kept me up to date on what he was doing, when he was coming out to my house, and when he expected to be finished. Personally, communication is a very big deal for me, and Stephen met and even went beyond my expectations. I wish everyone I had work at my house had communication skills as good as his. I highly recommend Bear Gully Survey and Stephen to anyone who might have need of a surveyor! Thank you very much!"

"We called E&T after getting 2 other quotes. The first was 3 times more than E&T and they wouldn't even put it on AutoCAD, he said we'd probably have to pay another $1000 to have that done by someone else. The second quote was twice E&Ts. We weren't in a huge hurry, so when Mather said it would probably be a week before he could fit us in, that was fine and would give us time to research our deed. He ended up calling back and giving us an appointment sooner, as an opening had come up. He ended up finding our deed for us, too. When they came out and showed us the steel pin they found in our neighbor's driveway, we were surprised and concerned (not as much as our neighbor!) But, it made sense based on the measurements listed on the deed, and was in line with the pin on the opposing side. Our neighbor had their own survey done and suggested that at some point, someone had installed that pin incorrectly. E&T came back out asap and reviewed the other company's findings and found a second opposing pin that made sense of the new findings. They were not in a position to remove the pin in our neighbor's driveway, they'll have to take care of that of course, but they did bury the incorrect pin on the other side, something which it seems should have been done when the last person surveyed the yard. In short, property lines are a sensitive business. Why another surveyor would have left bad pins in, I don't understand. But we were very satisfied with the way E&T responded to the issue and took care of it. They were very helpful and understanding in a stressful situation. Everyone we met or talked to from E&T was kind, smart, and easy to talk to. They really helped us, especially since this is unfamiliar territory for us."
