"Andre was very attentive to our roof issue and once he assessed it, said we just needed a repair. He was very patient in explaining the problem and showed us pictures of what needed to be replaced. He was able to repair the roof in a matter of days."

"I had Geno replace my gutters & install gutter guards in July. I waited to review the work until now so I could determine how the gutters handled the falling leaves. I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. I recommended Geno to a friend, who also was pleased with his work. I will certainly recommend him to others & will use him in the future if I need additional roofing or siding repairs."

"Super quick response. Completed siding repair on the spot. Even helped out changing some burned out flood lights along the roof line. Would recommend and hire again."

"I would certainly recommend you hiring Zoe’s Property services for any of your repair needs. Jean responded promptly and professional handled multiple plumbing leakage and back flow issues, toilet seal replacement, wiring/lighting , painting, door & lock replacement and even restored my entire roof! After our first interaction I knew my property was in great hands. Jean’s pricing is always fair & reasonable, work is finished promptly and professional, and he leaves the space in clean condition. He repaired 2 separate roofs - on the main house and a smaller roof over the enclosed porch quickly and for a amazing price right before the holidays. He is knowledgeable about properties inside and out. He also willing to share his assessment of issues ensuring fair pricing unlike some other companies I’ve worked with in the past. Look no further Zoe’s Property Services is who you need to hire !"

"Mr. Parker took the time to show me photos of the likely reason(s) why my roof was leaking. He also agreed to repair the roof the same day he came out to evaluate the problem. This was a relatively minor job and I cannot yet be certain it is fixed since we have not had significant rainfall. Nevertheless, Mr. Parker was very professional and I fully expect he will stand by his repair services should some minor adjustments be needed."

"It went very well. They were very professional about everything. I will recommend him to anyone who need their roof repair."

"The professionalism of the roofing and siding crew is excellent. It is easy to talk to them. They are very informative. They did my gutters, roofing, and siding too. I am very happy with all of the work that was performed. I highly recommend them too."

"Russell Roofing came out to look at roof where leaking and took a month to get a quote - got a quote for a full roof replacement that was really high (more than $16k for 800 sf flat roof). I requested a cost breakdown and to see if quote could be adjusted based on only the services we needed and never got a response back. The person also recommended a black roof but Phila code requires reflective roof."

"If you are looking for punctuality and professionalism, American roofing and remodeling is the contractor for you. The job was completed more quickly then expected and looks amazinG! Alan came in and provided a learning experience as well as design. The pricing was also fabulous. I’ve gone out of my way to recommend American Roofing and remodeling to other friends, family members and co-workers! I wish more contractors would take a page out of this business plan. A++++"

"First,, I received a very prompt response to my inquiry for service. Carlos then came out and gave me an extremely through overview of the entire project, not missing even the slightest detail. Every step was explained and every scenario which might incur additional expense was mentioned so there wouldn't be any surprises. As a result, the estimate was spot-on. The crew was courteous and professional throughout the job, which was completed start to finish in one day. I couldn't be more happy with the service and flexibility provided by Carlos and Shirley. I highly recommend their roofing services to anyone looking for the highest quality and value for their money."
