"We hired John B. Ward to prune two cherry trees and to cut down and remove a dead tree. They were very easy and pleasant to do business with. Gave us an estimate and then came out to do the work a few months later. They did a very good job removing the tree and pruning the other two trees in about half a day. They cleaned everything up very neatly. They were a very professional company and did great work. I would definitely use them again."

But they stopped responding when I asked them to halt mowing because I seeded. They mowed over my freshly planted seeds. I emailed them, they apologized, and I asked them to pause mowing again, because I was going to reseed. I got no reply and they came and mowed over the second seeding job I did, undoing work I did twice. They were upset I did my own work so they sabotaged it, then wouldn't apologize when I called after their second mess up. Go with professionals, not this company who does things emotionally and unethically."

Though I had an additional shrub removed rather than just trimmed, the estimate was the same amount I paid. My only issue was scheduling the work to be done. I didn’t hear anything in two weeks, so I called and left messages two or three times before emailing and getting a reply that the work was scheduled."
