"The job was not done, and I spoke to him on the 9th of October. He was friendly and professional. We had an appointment that was set for Wednesday, October 15th. He did not call. It was totally unprofessional for him not to call and say he would not be able to make it. It delayed me form getting electrical work done from other professionals willing to do the job."
