Ace Outdoor Services was founded in 2001 to serve the growing need for quality grounds maintenance services in South East Michigan. Based out of Grand Blanc, Michigan, we are fully insured and owner-operated. Unlike the average owner-operator, however, Ace possesses a deep management team that is focused on growing a sustainable, professional organization that will have a significant impact on the community. During our 7-year history, the company has built a significant client base by continuously building on our reputation of quality work and customer service. We firmly believe that the best way to provide true value to our customers is through the development of mutually-beneficial, long-term relationships. Our programs and systems are custom-designed to meet the current needs of our customers while incorporating the flexibility necessary to accommodate unanticipated changes in our customers' needs and desires. At inception, Ace primarily focused on mowing and plowing; however, in response to strong demand from our customer base, we quickly expanded our service offerings in order to provide comprehensive coverage of our customers' needs. While we've expanded into many ancillary service lines, it remains our goal to stay relatively specialized so that we can maintain our focus on superior quality and customer service. At Ace, our desire is to under-promise and over-deliver; not the other way around.

we are a well known roofing , excavating, and all types of concrete company as poured walls.
"After down-payment job was supposed to start in 3 weeks. 3 months later the workers finally showed up. Metal roof was supposed to go over original roof, chimney knocked down and new lumber installed, new fascia, sofit and gutters were supposed to be installed along with a dumpster to throw the debris. New lumber was not installed. Sofit was not replaced. A dumpster was not brought so there is still a mess on the side of the house of roof debris and pallets they brought material on. The roof was not ridge vented so now there is drywall damage because the roof sweats and it leaks down into the house now."
