The specific gate we needed for installation took a bit to be delivered due to the holidays and manufacturer, but Andy was in contact through the whole process to make sure we knew what was going on. He was open to every question we had and responded very quickly too, most often within the same day. He always treated us kindly and respectfully, and asked us to reach out after installation if we need any kind of adjustments or repairs. We love the fence and our dog is happy to run around freely! "Once the brush and trees were cut out of the way, the fence was laid out and installed.  The sight lines of the fence are beautiful.  Still had some obstacles to work around since the land was not perfectly flat, and the guy that did the install did a good job as to working with the landscape and keeping the lines straight.  Fence looks beautiful and done exactly as I wanted.  Doug kept in contact with me the entire time to make sure everything was running smoothly and to my liking.  Doug is a very conscientious owner and works with you as the job progresses to make sure you are happy with their work.  I would use again if needed fencing again.
