"PureWater Plumbing My 20 plus year old water heater got flooded out when we go 6.5 inches of rain. The convetional water heater was in the crawl space in a hole below grade. The only real optin I had was to go to a tankless system. Lanney came out (early!), looked over the situation and gave me anestimate on a tankless Navian unit. The following Monday atric and Steve came out fot the installation. Both were professional, courteous, and efficient. The job was done neatly and cleaned up afterward. "I recently got estimates from a half-dozen HVAC companies for the installation of a full ducted heat-pump system into a home that did not have it - a retrofit. Fort Collins Heating and Air Conditioning called me back within minutes of my submitting a quote request, and they came out the same morning - impressive. The guy who came out was dressed professionally and was notably friendly. However, his proposal was the only one that required two outdoor units and quite a bit of exterior hoses and wiring, which I had said I wanted to minimize. Pricing was also a problem; the estimate was, by far, the highest I received. I continued to like the estimator throughout the process, but the truth is that the quote was not competitive. This was the *Cadillac* of the companies, I spoke to: the cost of a permit was included, they guarantee in writing that you will pay only the estimated price, no matter what, and they have a final, separate quality inspection that nobody else does (or at least mentions). There is no doubt in my mind that these guys do a good job, and if that is all you care about, by all means, give them a shot."
