"The entire team was amazing. John, who came out to see the job, was thorough, realistic, expressed concerns about some of the challenges, and assured me that they would take the utmost care of my new driveway (the crane would be positioned there), and that the complex mix or overhead electrical lines would remain undamaged. My tree was a dying 250 year old sugar maple. His asurrance gave me confidence that Timberline could be trusted. The day of the take down, the job foreman, came and told me that his assessment was that both to protect my driveway and the electrical lines, he was going to approach the job differently. He positioned the crane in the front of the house, took utmost care to protect my sidewalk and front lawn, and then proceeded to take down the tree carefully, systematically, and with the least amount of disturbance to my property and the neighbors properties. At the end of the day, my property was immaculate. I will be forever grateful. "

"High marks for following through and meeting their commitment and doing great work. I had an Almstead arborist review the property and provide recommendations on some dead limbs and trees. We came to an agreement. When the crew came, the arborist wasn't there (later found out she'd left and moved north). As far as I could tell, the crew didn't have the instructions we'd agreed on and they did some, not all of the work. What followed was back and forth, but after a few months they sent out the crew to remedy the missing work. They did a great job and I was very glad. I appreciate the office staying on it and making it right. I've used them for 24 years and happily look forward to continuing to use them. It's a lot to trust your trees to someone!"

We will be calling them back to do some plantings next year. Kenny was very responsive, helped flesh out our vision, and when something wasnt to his standards he came back with ideas to revamp it and work within our budget. A great experience overall.
