He came by between other jobs the day before the install to talk through the process and answer all of our questions. He was candid, clear, and very professional. Marty and his team showed up on time and after a brief review of the process, jumped right into the job at-hand. Marty s team included his son and three other young men. They were all polite, friendly, and professional as well. They completed the install in under 4 hours. We had some other work being done on the roof and he coordinated with us to make sure all of fit together perfectly. I highly recommend Marty and his team! "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
