Their repair tech first came out to do an assessment of the problem. He had to order parts, and his return visit was today. "Had old awning type windows that wouldn't open. The "crank" mechanism wouldn't budge. Hoping tech could (1) lubricate or (2)replace with new. Tech was finally able to open in spite of serious mud wasp nests "gluing" the window shut. Did a good job attempting to knock them out. Unfortunately, he claimed the cranks were good, did not need replacing, but I an unable to close the window. May try Home Depot if I can replace with a handyman, or be forced to buy a new window....sigh"

Very organized with each team that he has. We had a little struggle with the county, for the permit and inspections but that didnâ  t stop him and he made thru . Very patient!! He works with amazing people. Billy and Jen did the finishing touches on my porch. They did a. great job. Im so thankful that I met them all and for the work they all done on my new Porch.
