Their repair tech first came out to do an assessment of the problem. He had to order parts, and his return visit was today. He got the job completed and I couldn't be happier, and also relieved that no window replacement was needed. 5 Stars!"

"This company was terrific to deal with and did excellent work. I explained the problem with my sliding glass door to Adam over the phone. Someone had apparently tried to force a door open when it was locked with the pin. It ended up misaligned with the casement and I couldn't move it more than an inch or two. I texted pictures to Adam who said he believed it could be repaired for $500 to $1000. I thought something must be bent and the window would have to be replaced, but Adam was right. He sent someone out who explained exactly what was wrong and what my choices were. One door was off its track, and the tracks were rough and gritty. Choices were to put stainless steel covers on 0, 1, or 2 tracks and to replace the rusty rollers on the underside on 0, 1, or 2 doors. I decided to have him put covers on both tracks and to replace rollers on one of the doors. He thoroughly cleaned everything and did the work. The doors move easily and smoothly and are perfectly aligned."

"Had old awning type windows that wouldn't open. The "crank" mechanism wouldn't budge. Hoping tech could (1) lubricate or (2)replace with new. Tech was finally able to open in spite of serious mud wasp nests "gluing" the window shut. Did a good job attempting to knock them out. Unfortunately, he claimed the cranks were good, did not need replacing, but I an unable to close the window. May try Home Depot if I can replace with a handyman, or be forced to buy a new window....sigh"
