"Henry and his team did a wonderful job landscaping our backyard! We moved into a new build, so our backyard was a blank slate. He was very helpful with the overall design of the yard, which was great since we did not have easy terrain (very sloped) and did not have any experience with landscaping. We had a large concrete patio and steps installed, along with a multitude of trees, plants, grass, rocks and an irrigation system. Henry and his team were very efficient and were respectful of the worksite. He was onsite with his team at all times, so we were pleased that there was some oversight. They were always on time and did what was promised. Henry was also easy to communicate with and very responsive. "Absolutely superb. 1. The owner, Dave, arrived on time for the initial review and estimate. 2. The estimate was very acceptable since I reviewed three bids. 3. His approach and understanding of what I wanted was on target. I had several follow-up questions and he got back to me right away and answered all the questions. 4. Date of the concrete pour his team showed up on time. Dave was there to ensure his team understood what needed to be done. 5. The entire team got to work and then the concrete delivery company arrived on time. The issue here is what was ordered was not delivered. This is not Dave's fault. But he worked with the company to complete my project. Sadly the concrete company refused to work with Dave to correct their oversight. 6. The project was completed and looks great. Dave and his team knows how to do it right and respects the customer. 7. If I have another project, Omega Landscaping and Concrete will be the first one I call."

"About a year earlier than our project, several of the homeowners in our community with stucco homes had their chimney rebuilt and the stucco replaced as a result of mold, rotting wood, and other water infiltration problems. Seeing what our neighbors were doing and knowing about the problems with stucco in PA, we hired a stucco inspector who identified several areas around our house where the stucco needed to be remediated, including the chimney. JJ&E Construction agreed to remove the stucco and repair the areas identified by the inspector with the understanding that if addition underlying problems were found, they would be required to address them. Once the work started, it quickly became apparent that the original stucco was not installed correctly. JJ&E also found that the foundation on the back wall of our walk-out basement was not installed correctly and agreed to repair that. JJ&E removed all the original stucco, replaced any damaged or rotted wood, replaced any damaged insulation, and installed new exterior plywood, Tyvek® wrap, additional weatherproofing layers, aluminum wrap trim around the doors and windows, and stucco that meets all current codes. The craftsmanship of all the work was excellent."
