"Put in for the quote and got a response fast. We negotiated over the phone they are flexible. They were there the next day doing power wash. They also won't take money until you're satisfied. The paint job is great and they will come back and fix anything you can find afterwards. House was painted 3 days after contacting them. NOTE: All I would say if there are cracks or repairs you want fixed before they paint walk outside and mark them with something so they can see them otherwise they possibly won't be touched."

"Nevada Exteriors did a great job on my roof. My roof suffered from a windstorm back in March of 2024. The roofers worked with my insurance company. They brought the materials, and began work the following day. Within three days they were finished. Ryan Thomas and Amanda Sanchez were great. They both are A+ Excellent in customer service. They were able to explain the many questions I had regarding the roof repair process and explain the details with my Insurance company. When a concern came-up, they quickly responded. "If you are researching to find a Roofing company with a great review, you will want to read this one. I discovered a roof leak during one of our recent rains. I went into my attic and saw that it appeared to be from somewhere around my rooftop mounted AC unit, but I couldnâ t locate the exact spot. So I put a large plastic bin under the unit on the attic rafters and called a few local roofing companies before I got to Source 1 Roofing to schedule a â next dayâ appointment. True to their word, the next day 2 representatives showed up, verified that I had called and went onto the roof to investigate while I watched from the ground. They told me that due to the age of the house and our climate; it appeared that there might be more than one leak around my AC unit but they would repair all at once. They told me that they needed to go and get the correct supplies and would be back within the next day or so. I agreed. 2 days later I got a call from the girl at Source 1 Roofing asking if I was happy with the repair and to get some other information. I told her that they had not returned to do the repair yet and that I would know because I work from home and have been here. She told me that her roofers had come back and that they reported the repair was complete. I had her hang on while I went outside. She was correct. I could see that there was NEW metal flashing around the AC unit and all was sealed with NEW black compound. I donâ t know how I didnâ t see or hear them on the roof. I later used a ladder and went up to get a closer look and they did a GREAT job all around the unit and the best part is NO MORE LEAKS! Iâ m very satisfied with this experience. "John" called to ask if it was okay if the repair person came a little early (by about 15 minutes) and I said certainly it was okay.  The man who came, and I'm afraid I didn't get his name right, but it was something like "Herve" was amazingly kind and courteous.  He did everything as far as I could tell that the "deal" said he would.  His English was maybe a bit limited, but it did not seem to matter because he just knew what he was supposed to do.  He replaced a tile that had fallen off the roof; he secured others and caulked cracked tiles.  After he had put everything on the truck to leave I remembered that I wanted him to also look at a chipped part of my patio ceiling that I thought might be caused by a leak.  (He was inspecting the roof, not my ceiling).  Right away he pulled off the ladder and went to work looking under the roof tile where I was concerned. He took a picture to show me it wasn't very bad at all and really didn't need much attention.   He then caulked a small area that appeared might (or could) have a problem and used a longer staple to secure part of the paper or mat under the tile.  All with a smile.  John, too, the contact person, seemed to be very accommodating and courteous.  It was just a pleasure to deal with a company who showed up and actually did what they were supposed to do without any hassle or grief.  I thought they might try and use the deal as a way of telling me I had all kinds of problems with my roof and it would cost me a bundle.  No way!  I will use them again and recommend them to my neighbors.
