"I'm late writing this review ... had windows and sliders replaced in January 2021. Great customer service! The owner Joe fully explained the products he recommended. Shannon in the office kept me informed about the ordering process, delivery and installation. I had 6 windows and 2 sliding doors replaced. Old windows were 20 years old and failing. New windows are beautiful. Installation was efficient and thorough. Joe stopped by to inspect during installation. The crew of installers were great, worked as a team and got the job done in 2 days, and cleaned up beautifully. Thank you Joe, Shannon, Corey, Will and TJ. I will be back for a new front door soon! And as you predicted, my utility costs have decreased with the new windows!"

We needed a variety of tasks to be taken care of - ceiling repair (including some insulation replacement), wall repair, cabinet repair, new base board, new tile, painting, misc repairs, and Master Craftsman bid on the entire project and at a very reasonable price, and we really liked not having to work with three or four different contractors. Work on the project was begun promptly and finished on time. Highly recommended."

"We had talked about replacing windows for a few years. We get window salesman in our area constantly. Came across Home Improvements enterprises on a google search. We asked 4 companies for quotes. After all 4 quotes completed we chose Home Improvements quote. The same windows at about $4000 less than the other quotes, no salesman just Robert. The windows took about 7 weeks to be built due to covid . Windows installed yesterday along with one slider. 2 man crew showed up installed all windows. Crew worked well and cleaned up after. Nice job all around. Windows are nice , plus they took all the old windows away."

He then methodically, efficiently and quickly solved each. For a very fair price. He was also friendly, personable and fun to talk to.
