"Not happy with their original results, but they agreed to come back and make it better. They did come back and redo to my satisfaction, but I wasted a half day getting this done and another hour finding out how to change review. I did increase my rating, but cannot do an across the board "5" because of all the hassle involved. My time is valuable too!"
