We contacted him last minute and wanted the project done in a short timeframe because we?re expecting and wanted to get all the painting done amongst other projects before baby?s arrival. Niko said he would be able to get us in within 2 weeks and was able to fit us into his schedule the very week and completed the job within 2 days (including replacing 2 pendant ceiling lights). What I appreciated the most was the timely communication (always texting me back very quickly and arrival times were always early or right on time) and the clear timelines that he absolutely stuck to.
