"I woke up at 3:00AM on 2-4-26 and found the heat was off and it was 60 degrees in my home. I attempted to relight the furnace pilot light myself without sucess. I then called Restanos Heating at 8:00AM and the pleasant receptionist scheduled a visit for the same day. I received a message from Restano employee Kevin Temoff that he had arrived at 9:39AM the same day. I told him the problem with the pilot light and also I had broken off the pilot light controller button. Kevin truly is the kindest and most helpful repair person I think I have ever come across especially in a 20 degree outside situation. He immediately was able to turn on the pilot light, but said that the thermo coupler was bad which he replaced, as well as the pilot light controller. He then took his portable vaccuum cleaned out the inside and outside furnace debride. Kevin was so pleasant. Always smiling. The bill was very appropriate for all the time and all the work he did. Needless to say, I am very pleased!"

"I was very impressed with Jeremiah who came to clean my dryer vent. My granddaughter was napping at the time so he was very considerate of that. He was in and out of the house several times but always stopped to put on shoe covers. He explained what he was doing and told me how much 'stuff' he removed.
