"On November 10th, the owner, Corry, came to my residence and gave me an estimate of $5000.00 to repair my block wall located in the back yard. He stated he would email the contract, and if I signed it, the work would begin on November 14th. After signing the contract, I attempted to speak with Corry the following week to confirm the date the project would begin. I called him three times and texted once, but he never contacted me. I finally called the office on November 14th and was told my project was not on the schedule. The secretary stated she would schedule the project to begin on December 1st. No one showed up that day, and I received no phone call. I again contacted the office, and the secretary stated they had equipment problems and would be out the following day. On Tuesday, December 2nd, two men arrived at my residence with no equipment. They went to the backyard, looked at the wall, and stated they could not do the project for the price of the estimate and left. I contacted Corry, who stated that his project manager was the one who determined they could not do the project for that price. I asked him why he would send his project manager the day the project was to begin. He stated that he did not know why because that is handled by a different department. When I reminded him that I have a signed contract and would take legal action, Corry became very belligerent and stated he welcomed the idea of seeing me in court. Because of the delay, I was not able to get another contractor for the project due to the weather turning colder. As a result, this affected my ability to sell the residence for the original price I was asking. If you look at all the negative reviews on his website, this is his mode of operation, where he fails to get back to the customer when there is a problem. I thought that Angi vetted all the contractors on their site, but I guess this is not the case. This company needs to be removed from your website because it affects the confidence that people have in your company. "
