He pointed out the problem and what the simple fix would be. He said they would be glad to do it but that I didn't really need a pro. After telling me exactly how to do the repair, he didn't charge me anything. A less reputable company would have charged for coming out and then charged for what turned out to be a simple fix. They are an honest and helpful company! I really appreciated that."
