"I've been meaning to leave a review since we had the new roof installed but am just getting around to it now. Everything that was promised was done on time. The crew did a good job of keeping the yard clean during the whole process, and the new roof looks great. But, after the new roof was installed and the crew had gone, I was out in my yard and noticed several cracked tiles. I called to let them know and was told someone would be out to have a look and replace any damaged tiles. I was a little disappointed that this went unnoticed by the crew, but eventually it was taken care of before the inspection. Several weeks went by and then one day I noticed a lot of lint on the bathroom floor beneath the exhaust fan. I removed the cover and found the entire exhaust fan caked in what appeared to be dryer lint so I went up into the attic and found that the dryer exhaust venting was no longer attached to the roof vent, and the attic was covered in dryer lint. The bathroom exhaust was routed into the same roof vent, so much of the lint fell back into the bathroom venting. I called Tiger Team and someone came out and used metal tape to try and hold the dryer vent in place near the roof vent. This did not last very long and was very unprofessional. I eventually ended up relocating the dryer vent somewhere else. Also, while up in the attic making the dryer vent discovery, I noticed many of the things I had stored on shelving in the attic were moved or tossed to the floor where plywood had been replaced. More unprofessionalism."

Steve M and his crew were very professional and quite dedicated as he came by on multiple days to remove standing puddles to dry the surface prior to sealant application while awaiting a day dry enough to complete the job. The wood fascia replacement required was more extensive than I had anticipated and all wood repair was done skillfully. Once a dry day arrived, Steve completed the sealing job and just in time as the hurricane came through the following week. I doubt there is a better test of a roof sealing job than we experienced from hours of tropical wind-driven rain squalls, but we had nary a drop of leakage.
