Extra ridge vents and cobra vents installed. Price exactly as quoted. "Extremely well. I had contacted several companies/contractors for estimates for a new roof. The estimates were provided in a timely manner. However, the time for the actual work was a problem. You see our homeowners insurance company was leaving Florida and the new insurance carriers felt a new roof was needed and gave us less than two weeks to complete. During this time, we checked on Angie’s List. In less than three hours, Joe McGinnis with Renewpro responded. Joe come by, looked at what was needed and gave us an estimate. He gave us a day to discuss. In the meantime, we researched all the companies we had received estimates. Only Renewpro was listed with the Better Business Bureau and Angie’s List. Rating was A+ with both. Plus our new insurance company knew of them. So within two days we had an agreement. We were given a time up to four weeks to be completed. Joe took care of the permit application and ordering all the supplies. The supplies came in earlier than expected as well as he permit. Joe was able to complete our roof, have it inspected within the deadline. If and when, we should need a full roof, Renewpro will be the company we contact. We attempted to pay a deposit more than once. Mr McGinnis would only take payment upon completion and satisfaction. "I highly recommend this roofing company! My newly constructed Lanai roof (Feb) unfortunately came with various leaks after the original roofer finished. After many attempts to repair and resolve, I was thankfully referred to Robert. His contractors were very professional, hardworking and successfully resolved all my leak problems. To include a serious leak coming down through my ceiling fan and light! And after two days of hard rain this week (July 30), I didn’t have any leaks! Strongly encouraged that my leak problems are gone. Can’t thank these guys enough! Needed to share this positive effort and result! 👍"

"They replaced my roof, but after a year the roof starts leaking, I called them they fixed it, but the roof is still leaking, they already came out 3 times to fixed it but still up to now, my roof still have leaks. UPDATE: The owner Bob came out to look at my roof, and admitted there were things that he looked at up there, and did not like. He fixed the problem. Since then there's been a lot of rain ,and no leaks. Highly recommend these guys."

"Mark did a soft wash of my roof and cleaned all my gutters thoroughly. I also hired him to power wash my porch and driveway. He did all this for a very fair price, and did a great job, including cleaning everything up afterward. Mark was very responsive and showed up when he said he would. This week, after Irma came through, I had a roof full of debris again. I called Mark to see what he would charge to come and just blow off my roof again, and he came over the same day and did it at no charge. What a great company! I will definitely use him again, and would highly recommend Suncoast Hydro Cleaning."

"I am very impressed with the way this company scheduled, carried out and followed up on the work. I had to accelerate my plan to replace my old roof early this (2021 year) when it started to leak during the storm in November. I had planned to ask Dynamic Roofing Concepts to carry out that routine replacement because the company had replaced a flat roof for me in 2019 and did a splendid job, and I’d contacted the company and received an estimate and very helpful explanation about my options from Joshua. When the roof started to leak, I emailed Joshua in a panic, and he helpfully replied and set things in motion to move the job up on the calendar. Responding to me during the storm was above and beyond any routine service commitment. The job was scheduled soon after my call. (I got someone to put a tarp over the leak in the meantime.) The workers arrived as planned as did the person delivering the materials and everything was efficiently unloaded and work proceeded systematically. My request that they not play radios was honored. All the old materials were put in a dumpster in the driveway, and before they left, the workers cleaned up every bit of debris from the yard. They did not damage a single plant. Someone collected the dumpster in less than two days. The roofing installation actually was finished in one day. It passed the county’s inspection on the first visit. Dynamic Roofing Concepts offered me warranty options and arranged for an independent company to do a Wind Mitigation inspection and send me a report for my insurance company. When I had questions about these matters, owner Colin Clark always answered my email messages and phone calls and provided helpful answers. I could not have asked for a better experience with this roof replacement."

"They gave me a date to start the roof replacement and arrived by 8 am on the day promised. I have to say these are the hardest working men I have ever seen and they daily updated me on the progress and what was going to be done the next day. Many days they worked past the end of their working day to complete what they were working on to dry the roof in after that work day. They never left without cleaning up the property. Except for the dumpster, you would not even know they had been there that day. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job. What a pleasrue to do business with a company that does what they say they are going to do!"

"Based on Angie's list reviews, I contacted Scott with Sr Screen to look at my pool screen enclosure due to screens separating from the cage. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions during the estimate. I decided to replace all screens. My scheduled appt day was rainy so he called in extra manpower to get the job done as promised. Great work! Installed Phifer brand screen and I am very pleased with the result. Two year warranty."
